Do I need to create an account?
No password needed. You log in with your mobile number and a one-time code (OTP) sent by SMS, only when you book or check your bookings.
When will the technician come?
Choose "As soon as possible" or a preferred date and time. The branch confirms and you can see the technician's name and number in My bookings.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Please call us or use chat in the ZepServ app, and our branch team will help you.
Is the same login used in the app?
Yes. Your bookings and warranty are the same on this website and in the ZepServ app.
Where can I buy parts or appliances?
Shopping is available in the ZepServ app — download it from Google Play and open the Shop tab.
